- Yes — every plan includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features in that tier. No credit card required to start.
- What counts as a call?
- Any inbound or outbound call handled by your VoiceAI NovaWorks agent counts toward your monthly limit. Calls transferred to a live agent after the AI handles the initial interaction still count as one call.
- Can I change plans later?
- Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
- How long does setup take?
- Most businesses are live within 72 hours of signing up. Our onboarding team handles the technical configuration — you just need to provide your call scripts and connect your phone number.
- What integrations are included?
- Starter includes no CRM integrations. Growth includes one connector (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho). Scale includes unlimited connectors plus Zapier, Make, and REST API access.
